Remote or San Francisco Bay Area (preferred)Key Responsibilities:

Work daily with external implementation vendor & coordination.Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational change initiatives.Conduct impact assessments to identify the effects of change on various stakeholders.Stakeholder management including organizing regular stakeholder forums like project working committees (PWC’s) and Steerco’s in partnership with product team.Develop and deliver training programs to prepare employees for change and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.Evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvements.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software/tools.
