Physical Design Engineer

who will have experience with physical layout skills to develop next generation products with a focus on parallel interfaces.They are ideally looking for a BSEE with 8 years of experience, (or an MSEE with 6 years of experience) in design implementation and physical layout implementation of power grids, 2.5D, and 3D die-die interconnects. We need someone who is skilled in DRC, LVS, and electrical checking, as well as someone who can work with TCL and Python scripting to automate routine tasks. This person needs to have a great personality and be able to work cross-functionally with Signal and Power Integrity Engineers.
