Job Details
Our client is seeking a skilled Construction Project Engineer to join their Royal Oak team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
Reviewing and interpreting project plans, specifications, and contracts.
Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain project timelines.
Conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Preparing progress reports, tracking costs, and updating project documentation.
Identifying and resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in construction project engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
