Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about us: We are working with a growing civil litigation law firm that is based out of Florida and is expanding to the Denver, CO market! They are seeking an experienced Attorney that has experience in first-party property insurance claims.
Location: Denver, CO - this position is 100% REMOTE for now (once office location is decided in Denver there will be the expectation to go into the office)
Base salary: $100k-$150k/year based on experience + bonuses

Job Details The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims, along with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex legal challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims
- Handling all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Offer expert legal counsel and craft effective case strategies
Qualifications:
- Must be based in or near Denver, Colorado
- Active member of the Colorado Bar
- Proven experience with first-party law
- Ability to pass a background check
