Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing the project team to ensure the successful execution of all projects from conception to completion.
2. Implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
3. Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered within the agreed budget and timelines.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager role should possess:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.
4. Strong expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
5. Excellent team management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
9. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Manufacturing would be a plus.
