Active Oklahoma license
Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
No call, but occasionally it's offered
Case Mix: General, Heavy Orthopedics, Obstetrics
Run five to six OR's with one Endoscopy suit and one Obstetrics
Supervision by MDAs
EMR is EPIC
DEA, OBNDD, and Flu Vaccine required
