Leadership Role for RNs
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our skilled nursing team as a Unit Manager. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement high-quality nursing care plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
- Review and implement nursing procedures and systems to ensure optimal care delivery
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of care systems and staff performance
- Contribute to guest assessments and plan of care development
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Qualifications:
- Current state nursing licensure required
- CPR certification and additional certifications in nursing specialties desired
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
