As a LPN, your duties include:

Conducting an individualized patient evaluation, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient’s immediate condition or needs.

Conducting ongoing evals as determined by patient’s condition &/or the client facility’s policies, procedures or protocols.

Performing appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate & timely manner. Administering medications as prescribed.

Delivering care to specific patient populations according to needs.

Providing patient/family education customized to the patient & his/her family.

Documenting patient findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention & progress towards problem resolution

Pay: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour
