a Continuous Improvement Analyst!

In this role, you'll focus on optimizing key operational areas such as Production Scheduling, Quality Control, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service. You'll use data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and contribute to our company's overall success. Must be flexible to work at their both locations on given days.

Pay Rate: $85k/yr + based on experienceShift: 1stSchedule:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm + weekend overtime (when needed)

What you'll do as: Continuous Improvement AnalystAnalyze current production schedules for inefficienciesSupport quality control team in resolving production issuesAnalyze purchasing and inventory data for trendsAssist sales team in aligning production schedules with customer demandCollaborate with customer service teams to resolve complaints

Work Experience

Qualifications:

A four-year degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.New graduates are welcome to apply!Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of data analysis tools.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Passion for problem-solving and process optimization.Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.

Desired Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.Experience with quality management or inventory control processes.
