Job Responsibilities of the Pediatrician:

Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience when working with children and their families
Performing physical exams and patient observations to age 21 and under.
Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
Supervises and collaborates with mid-level Practitioners.
Monitoring and operating medical equipment.
Diagnosing health issues.
Administering medicine and other treatments.

Minimum Requirements for the Pediatrician:

Board certified in Pediatrics
Bilingual in English / Spanish
Two years of experience - preferred
Comfortable working with the underserved population
Delaware licensed or eligible to obtain
