Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods using a flatbed trailer, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all federal, state, and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Class A CDL flatbed truck safely and efficiently.

Secure loads properly using chains, straps, and tarps as necessary.

Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.

Plan routes effectively and adjust to changing traffic and weather conditions.

Maintain accurate logbooks and trip reports using electronic logging devices (ELDs).

Communicate with dispatchers, shippers, and receivers professionally.

Load and unload cargo when required, ensuring proper weight distribution.

Follow all company policies regarding hours of service, load handling, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 1-2 years of flatbed driving experience preferred.

Knowledge of cargo securement regulations and proper use of tarps, chains, and binders.

Ability to lift and secure loads, including working in various weather conditions.

Must pass a DOT physical exam and pre-employment drug screening.

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

TWIC card (if required for port acess)

Compensation: 25% of every load
