?? Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Seattle, WA ??
?? Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
?? Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Pay Range: $30.00 – $38.00/hour (Based on education, experience, and credentials)
?? Responsibilities:
? Patient Care: Conduct interviews to gather medical history, symptoms, and reason for visit, ensuring accurate EHR documentation.
? Vital Signs: Measure and record blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation, reporting abnormalities to the provider.
? Administering Injections: Provide immunizations and other injections per provider orders while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
? Communication: Manage phone calls, address patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay provider instructions.
? Supply Management: Monitor and maintain medical supply inventory to ensure seamless clinical operations.
?? Required Qualifications:
?? Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
?? License: Active LPN license via Washington State Department of Health.
?? Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
