About the Position The Executive Chef reports to the General Manager and is responsible for:
- Overseeing all culinary operations, including à la carte dining and private events.
- Developing innovative menus, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Leading, training, and mentoring the culinary team.
- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness, safety, and adherence to the highest food standards.
- Managing budgets, inventory, and financial performance.
