Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $80-120k., Depending on Experience
Location: Aurora, CO 80011
Experience: 3 years technical and operations experience.

Car Wash Technician - Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide technical service to existing customer base.
• Implement an inventory processing and management system to create order in the warehouse.
• Serve as a mechanical handyman working with low voltage electrical systems.
• Oversee general warehouse operations, including inventory management, employee supervision, LTL/FTL logistics management.
• Build out service department, over time, on a large scale.
• Serve as a backup driver.

Car Wash Technician - Operations Manager Requirements:

• Ability to multitask, as this role will wear many hats.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional Electromechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Possess high emotional intelligence and ability to partner with multiple personality types.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and read a tape measure.
• Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication.
• Can understand unit of measure conversions.
• Ability to create order in complex systems.
• Must be willing to obtain a CDL license.
• Must not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
