RESPONSIBILITIES: 85% phone triage working with patients calling in with symptoms and questions. WORKING WITH PULMONARY HYPERTENSION PATIENTS.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: AT least 2 years of PULMONARY or CRITICAL CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Phone triage required.

INTERVIEW DETAILS: 2 rounds- 1.) Virtual on camera via TEAMS 2.) In person/shadow

TRAINING: 4-hour EMR training Wednesdays. Virtual.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration.
  • Screening questions: Is the candidate a former Penn Medicine employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency?
  • After Award Acceptance - COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)

COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of contract being cancelled.
