Must be proficient in SWAN & LVAD Ratios: Stepdown patient is 4:1 Telemetry patient are 5:1 (ratio depending on patient acuity and staffing) Patient Diagnosis/Population: Adult patients from 18 years Heart failure patients, hypertension, Cardiac Rhythm issue Trach/Vented patient with multi-organ issues LVAD Patients Patients with pulmonary HTN...etc. Management of: Heart Transplant Patient Lung Transplant Patient Kidney Transplant Patient Pulmonary Hypertension Patient Ostomy Care Pain Management Certificates Required: NIHSS, ACLS, & BLS Charting: EPIC
