Title: Associate Attorney (JV Real Estate)

Location: Manhattan, NY

Firm: Large Mid-sized firm

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + bonus

Are you an experienced real estate attorney with a strong background in joint ventures? My client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a talented professional to join their team and play a key role in structuring and negotiating complex real estate transactions.

As part of the firms Real Estate practice, you will focus on joint venture transactions, working closely with developers, investors, and financial institutions on high-profile deals. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating JV agreements, handling entity structuring, and advising clients on strategic investments.

What youll be doing:

Structuring and negotiating joint venture agreements for real estate transactions

Advising clients on equity investments, partnerships, and capital structures

Collaborating with real estate and finance teams on deal execution

Managing complex transactions from inception to closing
