Job Description

As the Aftermarket Specialist, you will grow sales in a defined territory through the creation, management, and maintenance of accounts. Focus on improving efficiency and reliability of customer's equipment and removing the worry from their daily operations. This includes heavy customer engagement to ensure strong relationships are created and maintained at all levels of the customer's organization. ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic resource to customers relative to product, operations, regulation compliance, availability and expertise of manpower to perform upgrades, repairs and maintenanceSuccessfully handle the advancement and completion of multiple simultaneous customer projectsGenerate quotes and perform follow-up activitiesMeet and/or exceed annual sales goalsGenerate and cultivate new customers, business, and relationshipsTroubleshoot and evaluate systems to make recommendations for system corrections, improvements, and upgradesUtilize computer skills to create presentations, reports, territory trends, job logs, CRM updates, OneNotes, etc.RequirementsAt least 5 years of outside sales experience and a high school diploma is required.Boiler/HVAC knowledge is highly desirable and a technical aptitude with the curiosity to learn is required.Computer proficiency with programs such as MicrosoftExceptional customer service acumen and professional communication skillsAbility to manage time and handle competing priorities while ensuring accuracy.At Thermal Tech Inc, our core values-Customer Driven & Focused, Respect for People and Policy, and Doing the Right Thing-define who we are and guide everything we do.
