Job Description
As a Baker, you will be responsible for following recipes and yield guides.
Position Status: Full-Time
Position Shift: Swing, 2:00PM-10:00PM
Location: Gold Strike Casino - Robinsonville, MS
Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare dishes, follow the recipe and yield guides.
• Assist in decorating cakes and pastries.
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in the designated area.
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
• Set up and break down the workstation.
• Regularly runs for food and restocks all kitchen supplies and food items required for service.
• Communicate, direct and assist management, chef, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of baking experience.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• This role includes frequent standing and bending.
• Constant walking, reaching, balancing, and grasping items in a food preparation area.
• It also includes lifting carrying and pushing up to 50 lbs.
