We are a growing Investment firm that is looking to bring on an additional Accountant to our team. Currently we are in search of either a Senior Accountant or Management level individuals to help join our team! This would be an onsite role that may have potential to turn into a hybrid role in the near future.

You will manage comprehensive financial communications and accounting operations, ensuring seamless financial transparency and strategic financial management across complex entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Coordination and Reporting

• Serve as the primary liaison between members, corporate entities, investment partners, and financial stakeholders, facilitating clear and precise financial communication
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly financial reports, including:

Detailed cash flow analyses:

• Comprehensive balance sheets for family office, trusts, and foundations

Precise expense tracking and evaluation

Financial Monitoring and Management:

• Conduct rigorous monitoring of cash activities and financial transactions
• Provide personalized financial guidance to family members regarding:

Personal expenditure management:

• Investment strategy insights
• Cash flow planning and optimization

This individual will also help led some team members in accounting under their management:

• Strategic supervision
• Targeted professional development programs
• Mentorship and skill enhancement initiatives

We would ideally look for an individual with:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Extensive experience in family office or private wealth management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone tech savvy who can understand and pick up financial systems quickly
