Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing financials
• Review/Prepare Reconciliations for Bank Accounts and General Ledger
• Review journal entries
• Review and prepare invoices
• Help with payroll - union and non-union
• Complete month-end reporting package in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Monthly departmental expense reporting and other reports
• Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• Any other needs assigned by the CFO

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Controller
• Experience in the construction industry a must
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or business
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong Excel and MS Office experience
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
