Job Details SUMMARY:
As our Program Manager you will take on programs on the battery power management side. Working with Government Contracts that are overseeing the development of Battery Technology into manufacturing.
MUST HAVES:
- Government Contracts
- Program Management
RELATABLE PRODUCTS:
- Batteries/energy storage, power distribution, battery chargers, solar/wind inverters, vehicle power, power tools.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides high-level program management to the organization. Position reports to the Chief Engineer or assigned supervisor. Primary duties may include:
- Program and resource management
- Scheduling and coordination of projects
- Allocation and assignment of qualified resources
- Ensure all programs, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives
- Provide job opportunity evaluation and bid strategy input as well as technical input for proposal preparation
- Aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts
- Principal point of contact with client for all program issues
- Responsible for effective management of funds, personnel, and contract deliverables
- Customer management and interface
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- 4+ Years of professional experience.
