The Judge Group is seeking an energetic, confident, persistent, and organized Intern who has a strong desire to succeed, to intern on our Technology recruiting team for The Judge Group summer internship Program, lasting approximately 10 weeks. This opportunity offers structured learning and a deeper understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities in the professional services industry. Interns will work on hands-on projects under the guidance of an assigned mentor and supervisor. Clear expectations and goals will be set to ensure a successful internship experience.






Responsibilities




Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, out ATS and social media. Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources. Learn from the best recruiters in the industry on how to be successful quickly.






Qualifications




Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university, majoring in Business Management, Business Administration, and Human Resources.
