Compensation:

$150,000

Responsibilities:

Advocate for Injury Victims

  • Assess injury cases and participate in the intake process
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements specific to personal injury law cases
  • Represent clients in court for all legal proceedings to prosecute the case including filings, depositions, mediations, hearings, trial, and settlement disbursement process
  • Lead counsel in all cases in your docket, strategizing with your team to achieve the best outcome for the clients and law firm
  • Counsels clients during the pendency of their case
  • Participate in in-house training and networking with the local attorney community to foster professional growth
  • Reach weekly, quarterly, and annual individual and law firm deliverable and financial goals
Qualifications:
  • Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently while handling multiple files
  • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
  • JD and Texas Bar Admission
  • At least 5 years of civil litigation experience + at least one year of personal injury litigation experience
  • Trial experience preferred
  • federal court admissions a plus
