WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
Schedule:
You'll enjoy a stable, full-time schedule with guaranteed 40 hours per week and year-round work. While on-call availability is needed occasionally, our focus is on providing consistent hours and a reliable work schedule!
Day-to-Day:
As our Lawn Maintenance Worker - Landscape Laborer, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that bring outdoor spaces to life. From mowing and trimming lawns to building retaining walls and installing irrigation systems, every day offers new challenges and opportunities to showcase your skills. Your day will involve creating lush green lawns, constructing beautiful paver patios, and contributing to our client's happiness through exceptional landscaping services!
Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping, excavation, and/or lawn maintenance
• Experience in a labor role
• Ability to work well as a team and follow directions while being safety-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to occasionally be on-call
• Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to take constructive criticism and correction
• Highly self-motivated, dependable, hardworking, and professional
• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Knowledge of installing plants, trees, edging, pavers, and retaining walls is preferred but not required!
