Program Security Officer | Make an Impact with Anglicotech!

We seek a Program Security Officer who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. You will provide expertise and recommendations for rapidly pivoting from the steady-state environment to contingency response operations and contributing to developing plans for sustaining security services in a contested environment.

Location:

• This position is located in Pearl Harbor, HI.

Salary:

• A salary range of $92,000 - $175,000 is available for this position commensurate with education, years of experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide service to physical, personnel, and information security operations and programs.
• Support daily operations and ensure oversight and compliance with local and national-level security policies for the protection of National Security Information.
• Assist the Special Security Representatives and other stakeholders with operating Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities throughout the INDOPACOM AOR.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain operating systems, policies, devices, procedures, and methods for safeguarding classified information, property, and materials.
• Maintain control and accountability of classified materials including the proper storage, transmittal, and destruction of materials.
• Assist the government with accreditation, upgrades, and certifications in SCIP-related construction and equipment matters.
• Serve as the Special Activities Branch Alternate Top Secret Control Officer.
• Assist with site security, management, and planning for facility renovation and construction projects and provide threat and risk mitigation strategies.
• Audit and analyze data outputs to detect anomalous user behavior that could represent a threat to or compromise of national defense information.
• Manage support operations, including assisting visitors and INDOPACOM personnel, verifying security clearances, processing investigations and clearance requests, and assisting with in-and-out processing of personnel.
• Process collateral, SCI, and Special Access Program eligibility/access requests and conduct SCI/SAP indoctrinations.

Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship required
• Candidates should not apply without an active Top Secret or above clearance level

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in security studies, economics, political science, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in DoD Facility Security roles

Preferred Additional Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in DoD facility security roles
• MA/MS in public policy, security studies, or similar
• Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
