Production Supervisor Job Details:

Schedule: M-F, 7am-3pm OT as needed Pay Rate: $50k-$60k/year Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Maintain production standards and ensure equipment is properly maintained. Oversee production schedules to meet output goals. Collaborate with the APQP team and coordinate mold changes with the production manager. Manage training, labor requirements, and personnel assignments. Ensure a safe, clean work environment and enforce company policies. Approve overtime, monitor labor costs, and develop shift/vacation schedules. Work with HR on personnel matters and coordinate maintenance/tool room services. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support company objectives. Monitor inspection plans in the SPC system and remain on call as needed. Perform other assigned duties. Production Supervisor Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role within production/manufacturing Strong mechanical, machine and production knowledge Highschool diploma or GED
