The Permanent Attorney will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance related to various aspects of Medicaid and Medicare compliance. They will also be responsible for managing a variety of legal matters, ensuring the company's adherence to law guidelines and internal policies. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 1years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on Medicaid and Elder Law Estate Planning
3. Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
4. Strong experience in managing a variety of legal matters.
5. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
