Job Description We are seeking an Associate Administrative Nurse Manager (AANM) for our Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Bronx, NY. This full-time leadership position is tailored for an experienced NICU nurse aiming to excel in a collaborative and compassionate healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Administrative Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the NICU. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital policies and procedures. Engage in performance improvement initiatives and clinical research activities. Lead interdisciplinary teams in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care strategies. Maintain professional practice standards and uphold clinical expertise within the NICU. Requirements: Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience; leadership experience as a Charge Nurse or higher is preferred. Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications. Specialty certification in NICU nursing (ANCC certification preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and data management skills. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary starting at $135,000 - $135,000 per year Full-time evening shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, with every other weekend required.
