We believe in innovative, client-centered therapy that prioritizes both the well-being of our clients and the clinicians who support them.Why Join Ellie as an Independent Contractor?Flexible Scheduling: Set your own hours and work at your own pace.Furnished Office Space: Access to a comfortable and fully equipped clinic environment.Hybrid Options Available: Remote sessions permitted with proper HIPAA compliance.Support Without Micromanagement - Enjoy autonomy while benefiting from referrals and administrative assistance.Independence with Support: Benefit from administrative assistance while maintaining full autonomy in your practice.Key Responsibilities:Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy as agreed upon in the contract.Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.Maintain clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) within 48 hours of each session in the designated Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.Collaborate with case managers, schools, medical personnel, and other professionals as needed.Maintain professional liability insurance (minimum $1M per occurrence, $3M aggregate) and provide proof of coverage.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state laws for confidentiality and record-keeping.Required Qualifications & Skills:Must hold a valid clinical license in South Carolina (LMFT, LPC, LISW, etc.).Master's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.Experience in psychotherapy with diverse client populations.Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Records (Valant experience a plus!).Must carry professional liability insurance and provide proof before contracting.Additional Details:This is a 1099 independent contractor position (not a W-2 employee role).Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.No minimum caseload is guaranteed, but referrals may be provided.Join Us: If you're looking for a flexible, supportive, and innovative practice environment where you can grow as an independent clinician while making a meaningful impact, Ellie Mental Health Rock Hill is the place for you!Ellie Mental Health is an equal opportunity organization, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
