What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute dishes with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Maintain mise en place and station organization to ensure seamless service.
- Work with seasonal, high-quality ingredients to create elevated dishes.
- Follow kitchen systems and recipes to uphold the restaurant’s standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume setting while maintaining quality and composure.
What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen.
- Passion for cooking and a strong understanding of seasonal ingredients.
- Strong knife skills, technique, and ability to execute dishes with precision.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Flexible availability , including nights, weekends, and holidays.
