Northwest Center Early Supports is hiring for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)!

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services to children who have delays or disorders in language, cognitive, social, emotional, and speech abilities. We offer a part-time or full-time, flexible schedule and invest in our employees' professional development.

About Northwest Center Kids:
Northwest Center Kids Early Supports is a unique program at the intersection of educational support and medical support for children with disabilities. Our multidisciplinary team is highly skilled, collaborative, and innovative, serving a diverse community. We serve children in their homes, childcare, and community settings in person or via telemedicine. Our providers aim to create a collaborative partnership with the families we serve, utilizing strengths and a relationship-based approach focused on equity and family priorities. Family capacity to support their child’s development and advocate for their needs is built through reflection, information sharing, and modeling. This position falls under a collective bargaining agreement with the UFCW 3000 union.
Location: Hybrid, Seattle, WA
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a flexible schedule (Wednesday required)

Starting Wage Range: $35.89 - $49.89 per hour | Full Wage Range: $34.85 - $59.98 per hour

Qualifications:
MA/MS degree or equivalency in communications disorders, Speech & Language Pathology
Washington State Speech/Language Pathology License
One or more years experience working in pediatrics or training that includes a pediatric affiliation
Own a car and insurance that meets state minimum insurance requirements
WA driver’s license
Must have or obtain current CPR and First Aid certification
Early Supports or working a caseload including clients aged birth to three experience preferred
Candidates with experience providing services in a non-English language, feeding therapy, and/or infant mental health experience desired
