Nurse Leader Outpatient Infusion NYC
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Nurse Leader at NYC Infusion locations. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on our team and in the lives of our patients and their families.
Role Overview:
- Empower and engage the workforce while leading the delivery of exemplary Nursing Care in accordance with the mission, vision, value and goals of MSK.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and promote patient safety.
- Collaborate with physician and administrative colleagues to implement all operational aspects of high-quality patient care delivery, covering NYC Infusion clinics.
- Sydney Kimmel Center for Prostate and Urologic Cancers
- Ralph Lauren Center
- Brooklyn Infusion Center
- Infusion Float Pool
- Supervise Registered Nurses, and nursing support staff, as well as management of Human Resource issues, including hiring, transfers, terminations, corrective action, on-boarding, training and development.
- Will play a pivotal role in providing transformational leadership by building and sustaining a healthy work environment that supports and promotes excellence in patient care, clinical nursing practice and patient safety.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Related nursing certification required
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license and registration
- A minimum of 5 years recent, related clinical experience; ambulatory oncology experience highly preferred
- Proven leadership and superior communication skills essential
