Laborist - Certified Nurse Midwife
St. Cloud Hospitals Womens & Newborn Health is expanding its team! We are hiring a Certified Nurse Midwife to support our Laborist program within the Birth Center.
Primary Location:
St. Cloud Hospital, Family Birthing Center
- Birthing center with spacious suites, large private bathrooms, and air-jetted tubs
- Center contains a 6-bed private room OB triage unit, 12 labor/delivery/recovery (LDR) beds, 6 antepartum (high-risk) beds, 26 postpartum (mother/baby) beds, 2 operating rooms and 1 procedure room
- Provides care for low- and high-risk births
- 24/7 in-house obstetrician and perinatal support
- Care coordination for complex cases
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 45 FTE and 0.75 FTE available
- 12-hour shifts (call room available)
- Every 3rd weekend/holiday or every weekend (Baylor) position.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Deliveries
- Offer high touch L&D
- Run Triage
- Rounder
- Help educate Family Medicine Residents
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
- OR/C-section experience preferred
- License/Certification as Certified Nurse Midwife in the State of Minnesota
