Onvida Health's profile requirements are strict. DAYS | 1:5-6 NIGHTS | 1:6
• # Occasional chest tube, trachs, peritoneal dialysis patients.
• Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift: Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit: PCA. 1:8-12.
• RT Equipment: Post surgical trachs- must be able to suction, trach care. Drains-JP, wound vacs-have wound care RN, ostomies.
• Are there tele/monitor techs on this unit: Tele on this unit, dedicated monitor tech will assist with reading tele but RN will need to ID significant anomalies and alert care team as necessary.
• Shifts & Scheduling: 6:45 - 7:15am/pm.
• Weekend Requirement: Holiday Requirement: Typically 2/3 holidays.
• Floating Requirements: Med Surg and ICU- for stable patients.
• How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor.
