Permanent Direct Hire Full Time

Position: Financial Analytics Consultant
Location: San Francisco, California

Responsibilities:

1. Support the business through insightful advanced consumer analytics including financial P&L pro-forma cash flow NPV analysis, financial performance tracking, setting up and evaluating tests, behavioral profiling, and customer segmentation.
2. Work closely with partners in Product Management, Marketing, Risk Management, Customer Service, Collections, and Fraud to propose new business cases that are financially sound.
3. Establish strategic initiatives and focus for the company.
4. Drive long-term business growth and optimize existing account profitability.
5. Leverage creative and industry-leading technologies in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prepare financial models/business cases to support key business initiatives and sizing potential business opportunities.
7. Perform complex data mining and predictive modeling to analyze portfolio trends.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to implement practical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of financial cash flow analysis and credit risk in a Financial Services/Banking domain.
2. Experience in manipulating large analytical databases using SAS programming language.
3. Strong quantitative and analytic skills.
4. Ability to logically structure analytical problems and evaluate financial opportunities/issues.
5. Strong business partnership and presentation skills.
