Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UXD, IXD, Product Design or User Interface design. A portfolio showing desktop and mobile experiences is ideal. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about solving user experience with interactive features and good design.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes and UI mockups with Figma.
2. Develop wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality.
3. Create production-ready artifacts such as icons and image assets.
4. Work closely with project managers, developers, and other designers to understand requirements and translate them into screens.
5. Participate in internal design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design process.
6. Maintain a consistent look and feel by adhering to design guidelines and standards.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience :

1. Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing user interfaces for desktop and mobile.
2. Solid understanding of interaction patterns, user flows, and the design process.
3. Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for user experience and pixel-perfect craft.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience working in a Lean or Agile environment.
2. Experience working in web design, SaaS products and/or web apps.
3. Knowledge of basic frontend principles, grid systems and design frameworks is a plus.
