Job Title: Technology Lead - SFDC
Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce.com.
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force) with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations.
- At least 2 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in design and architecture review.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience in banking, manufacturing, energy, or retail domain.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and should have at least 4 years of experience with SFDC.
