RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work closely with Development and Product Management to author test plans for cloud based offering for Palo Alto Networks.
2. Execution and automation of test plans.
3. File bugs and work with Development to fix issues seen.
4. Present results of testing.
5. We are looking for a flexible Engineer who can create or modify Open Source tools to do whatever is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least 6+ years of software testing and performance experience.
2. Proven experience with testing cloud-base services or applications.
3. Good understanding of AWS cloud services and Linux OS concepts.
4. General network security experience is an advantage.
5. In depth understanding of IPSEC/SSL.
6. In depth Python skills for automation of tasks.
7. Open source performance testing and load generation tools:

• Iperf
• Hping
• Curlloader
• Bees with machine guns
