CCaaS Lead- Senior Software Engineer - 077966
Key Qualifications
- Experience with CCaaS platform/CCAI technologies - Dialogflow, Insights, Agent Desktop, and Agent Assist is beneficial.
- Good working experience in CCaaS platform integration with Virtual Agent, CCAI technologies, and Dialogflow CX function within Contact Centers.
- Experience in CCAI Transformation projects.
- Experience with Google Vertex AI - Gen AI features.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution, leveraging Google's CCaaS platform.
- Configure the CCaaS platform to meet the organization's specific needs.
- Integrate the CCaaS solution with other systems, such as CRM and telephony systems.
- Monitor CCaaS performance and make adjustments as needed.
Required Skills
- Experience in laying out architecture plans and roadmaps.
- Experience and working knowledge of integration with downstream and connected systems.
- Cross-functional abilities required, as is the capacity to work across diverse teams and projects.
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers to understand their needs.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write documentation.
