SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a top mid-size law firm in California with their search for a Senior Real Estate Finance Counsel or Associate to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of real estate finance transactions at a law firm, and proficiency at working with debit and equity financing, purchase & sale transaction documents, due diligence, title & survey review, commercial leasing, and securitized lending. Strong academic credentials, and an active CA bar license are required.

Open to candidates in LA (preferred), San Francisco, Sacramento, or Walnut Creek. Base salary is between $250k-300k, depending on experience.
