Key Responsibilities

• Develop data architecture solutions that include relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.
• Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Implement RDBMS, operational data stores (ODS), data marts, and data lakes on target platforms (SQL/NoSQL).
• Develop and manage comprehensive data models to support business requirements.
• Ensure data models are flexible and scalable to accommodate future changes.
• Utilize Snowflake for data warehousing solutions.
• Leverage advanced features of Snowflake to optimize data storage and retrieval.

Required Skills

• Design, implement, and document data architecture and data modeling solutions using relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.
• Responsible for the development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models, and the implementation of RDBMS, operational data stores (ODS), data marts, and data lakes on target platforms (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience in writing complex queries and PL/SQL code.
• Experience with Snowflake is preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced features of SQL & PL/SQL.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Ability to collect and understand requirements.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and be independent and resourceful in dealing with risks/issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of data modeling is an added advantage.
