Must Have
Strong SQL, Analytics, Database, Data Engineering Experience
Strong Communication skills with stakeholders / different teams

Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required :

• 2-5 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
• A graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science or related field, or marketing is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset, and ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Background (academic or professional) in statistics, programming, and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leaders.

• Candidates need SQL experience aligned with working through full cycle data issues and root causes.

• Ideal Background / Requirements in:
  - Data Analyst / Scientist -OR- BI Analyst / Engineer
  - Basics of Data Engineering (Building Pipelines, Workflow, able to work with DE on the team to solve issues)
  - 3-5 YRS / Advanced SQL Skills in Pipelines, Up/Down Streams and Data Flows
  - Having Bias for Action and being able to Dive Deep - Analytic thinking / Know the why before the how
  - Understand requirements given by Project Managers and translate what is needed on the data side to create a data set.
