  2. Drive multi-year, multi-phase program roadmaps for key technology partnerships, ensuring clear scope definition and successful alignment across contributing teams.
  3. Work across partnership management, integration product management, and product development leadership to identify program benefits and understand short- and long-term trade-offs.

  5. Define cross-functional program structures and drive collaboration and coordination across diverse stakeholders.
  6. Communicate program status, progress, and relevant insights across the organizational hierarchy, from individual contributor to senior executive.
  7. Identify, differentiate, and prioritize critical program issues, driving the appropriate decisions and actions needed to maintain momentum and program success.
  8. Track and manage program execution, following through on risks, and interdependencies to ensure successful, on-time delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  9. Define, socialize, and implement organization-wide processes to optimize operating models.
  10. Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, managing potential conflicts, driving for alignment, and finding common ground to promote understanding of alternative viewpoints while ensuring successful program closure and cooperation.
  11. Provide steady leadership, at all times, demonstrating the ability to deal with uncertainty, change, and accelerated timelines in a rapidly growing company and evolving business models.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, while establishing program operating rhythms and leading cross-functional meetings.
