Lead Java Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid)

Primary work location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Spring Boot and Java.
2. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
5. Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets performance and security standards.
6. Ensure the software solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain.
7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
9. Document technical specifications and project plans for future reference.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
2. Development experience in Core Java.
3. Hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React JS.
4. Development using frameworks such as JUnit 5, Karma, Jasmine, and Mockito.
5. Experience in DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.
6. Experience in GraphQL.
