We are seeking an Associate with 3-8 years of experience practicing Labor & Employment Law. Ideal experience will include handling federal and state EEO, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters. Additional experience in civil rights, employment discrimination, labor rights, whistleblowing, civil service rights, workplace investigations, and employment and severance agreements is a plus.
Admission or being eligible for admission to the DC Bar is required.
