GovCIO is currently hiring for an IT Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Creates models (statistical, visual, or simulated) to communicate observations and results.
2. Identifies and addresses deficiencies, failures, and other triggers that cause operational issues with a client's operations.
3. Must be able to justify and explain analysis with supportive evidence.
4. Develops strategic solutions in alignment with business objectives.
5. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
6. Must be knowledgeable of advanced theories, principles, and analytical modeling methods.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years of IT Operations Management experience (or commensurate experience).

Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance.
