Key Responsibilities

  1. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers on their recruitment needs and develop strategies, from sourcing to screening candidates.
  3. Maintain a strong record of accomplishment in successfully meeting talent goals for the business.
  4. Implement innovative talent acquisition solutions.
  5. Deliver world-class client service to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with hiring leaders, Human Resources, and other stakeholders.
  7. Maintain accurate and current records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal reports.
  8. Coordinate and attend career events to fill high turnover positions in different markets.
  9. Continuously search for innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
  10. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  11. Work effectively in a dynamic environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  12. Assist in the execution of recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance Ezee Fiber’s brand and attract passive candidates.
  13. Complete additional projects, assignments, and duties as assigned and deemed necessary.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition in human resources.
  2. 4+ years of experience filling and sourcing high-volume turnover positions.
  3. Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role.
  4. Prior experience with recruiting/talent acquisition for a fiber internet or telecommunications company is highly preferred.
  5. Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  6. Experience with ATS technology, Paycor Recruiting preferred.
  7. Experience recruiting in a start-up company is highly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  3. Ability to work under high-pressure situations and meet firm deadlines.
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  5. Expertise with LinkedIn and other talent acquisition tools.
  6. Social recruiting experience is strongly desired.
