Education/Experience:
- A Principal Consultant must have a bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical, business, or management discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years Management Consulting experience with a leading firm with experience in infrastructure program delivery.
- Works with minimal direction toward predetermined long-range goals.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
- Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired results.
- Takes calculated risks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Self-motivated around IT Infrastructure outcomes.
- Excellent executive level presence.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams with diverse points of view.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background in IT Infrastructure programs is preferred.
- Background in Cloud (private/public/hybrid) and application migration is a plus.
- Financial acumen to support large, complex programs and the outcomes projected.
