Education/Experience:

• A Principal Consultant must have a bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical, business, or management discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years Management Consulting experience with a leading firm with experience in infrastructure program delivery.
• Works with minimal direction toward predetermined long-range goals.
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
• Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired results.
• Takes calculated risks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Self-motivated around IT Infrastructure outcomes.
• Excellent executive level presence.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams with diverse points of view.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background in IT Infrastructure programs is preferred.
• Background in Cloud (private/public/hybrid) and application migration is a plus.
• Financial acumen to support large, complex programs and the outcomes projected.
