Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms , is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join their San Francisco office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of labor and employment matters , working with sophisticated clients on cutting-edge legal issues. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and eager to take on significant responsibilities while contributing to the firm’s growing and diverse practice group.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active California Bar Admission , in good standing.

Significant experience handling employment litigation matters , including single-plaintiff and wage & hour class action litigation .

Strong litigation and case management skills.

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters , including single-plaintiff and wage & hour class action litigation cases .

Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment compliance and risk mitigation .

Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions .

Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.

Foster and manage strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team.
